Belfast Zoo provides access to Cave Hill and some of the most endangered animals in the world.

The zoo offers spectacular views of Belfast and, from its summit, you can even see Scotland on a clear day.

Filming and commercial photography

Our location means we are a popular site for films and photographic shoots.

The zoo has hosted several independent production companies and advertising agencies and has featured in films and television advertisements.

Recent examples include Closing the Ring, directed by Richard Attenborough, City of Ember, starring Tom Hanks and Bill Murray, and a television commercial for Kelloggs.
