Belfast Zoo’s education team organise a number of events throughout the year which you can get involved in! Below you will find information on our upcoming events and how to book them.

Belfast Festival of Learning

25 March 10.30am - 12.30pm
26 March 1.30pm - 3.30pm

It’s never too late to try something new!

We will be holding two FREE ‘Extinction in Focus’ workshops as part of the Belfast Festival of Learning 2020!

Older people are being invited to discover more about wildlife conservation and native species at Belfast Zoo, as part of the Belfast Festival of Learning.

The workshops will focus on conservation programmes, what society can do to help protect local wildlife and why some of the world’s animal species are facing extinction today.

The Belfast Festival of Learning aims to engage local citizens in learning and inspire interest and enjoyment through interactive events and workshops.
