Dreamnight at the zoo is a special charity event that is held globally and hosted by over 300 zoos across 35 countries.
Belfast Zoo, with partners PSNI (Police Service Northern Ireland), will open its doors on the evening of June 7 2019 for our 15th annual Dreamnight. The event will run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm and is strictly invitation only.
Dreamnight at Belfast Zoo allows families from across Northern Ireland, who are living with chronic illnesses or disabilities, to enjoy a memorable evening together which may not happen too often when a member of the family is unwell. A large number of families from the Cancer Fund for Children, Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and the Royal Victoria Hospital for Sick Children have been invited to enjoy this special evening, and we are incredibly excited to welcome them all for a night of fun!
Zoo manager, Alyn Cairns, said “Dreamnight would not be possible without the generosity of all the local companies and volunteers who donate their time, products and services. Belfast Zoo would like to thank all those who have volunteered to contribute in creating a magical evening for the children and their families.”
